The only program of its kind, ICCFA’s Cremation Arranger Certification Program, includes up-to-date information vital to your success.  Brought to you by ICCFA’s Cremation Coaching Center, the program includes sessions led by the industry’s top cremation specialists, including a cremation liability session headed up by ICCFA Cremation Coach Poul Lemasters.  All-important information on how to arrange and create meaningful tributes, how to create unique options for memorialization, and how best to communicate all of this to client families complete the program.

All convention attendees are welcome to attend the sessions; however, you must attend the entire day-long program to receive a certificate.  Please be sure to indicate your interest in participating on the registration form, as seating may be limited.
